When sizing a wetsuit for cold water scuba diving, the Chest and Waist measurements are the most important:
Chest measurement - Too Tight will restrict breathing, Too Loose will not keep you warm
Waist measurement - Too Tight will restrict your breathing.
Height - Too Short in the torso will just be uncomfortable. Too tall/short in the arms or legs is not as big of a problem unless you have too much gap between the end of the suit and the beginning of your boots or gloves.
Weight measurement for wetsuits is just a guide when comparing the other measurements.
