    If you come with your truck or YOU set up shipping we can load it on the truck. If you set up the shipping with a shipping company you will need to send us the bill of laden so that we have it when the truck arrives to pick it up. This machine is sold as is.  We have sold 7 other machines and had no complaints with any of them. The machine was in working order when the business closed it's doors.  It was in the production line.  It does not come with the software but we do have extra hoops if you would like to purchase more.
