ABOUT OUR MACHINES
The machines we sell are previously owned and are typically coming off of a Lease contract.
They all go through a well defined evaluation process and are dually tested.
First, when a machine is received, it is evaluated to determine if it is suitable for sale.
This is the Intake Phase.
During the Intake Phase, the machine is inspected, tested, and evaluated based upon meter count, print quality, and cosmetic appearance.
Machines that pass the testing & evaluation process for the Intake Phase are then designated for sale, cleaned, photographed for sale, and then wrapped for protection.
Second, when a machine is sold, it enters the Output Phase.
Once again, through a well defined testing process, the machine is unwrapped, tested, and inspected. Test copies will be run and a pre-shipment testing checklist with the test copies will be included with the machine and kept on file at our office.
The machine will then be prepared for shipping and shipping arrangements made.
