Imperial Glass BAMBU Tumbler CASED AMBER Trader Vic Kahiki Supper Club Bamboo

Description

I am not sure when these pieces were made, probably the early to mid 1960s.
15 ounce tumbler 5 5/8" tall.
Included here are two photos from the Imperial Glass Encyclopedia Vol 1 showing two of the cased colors used in this line (Heather and Stiegel Green)
The cased ones were made in at least 4 colors (Amber, Heather, Stiegel Green and Verde Green.)
Also shown for comparison is a photo of this cased tumbler with the same tumbler in plain Verde Green (not included in this auction.)
The cased tumbler not marked as is common for pieces that were made for the Restaurant and Hotel trade.
I've been collecting Imperial tumblers for some time and many are not marked due to different bottom plates in the moulds
and also different finishing techniques.
This cased tumbler is also quite a bit heavier than the Verde Green tumbler due to the fact it has two layers of glass instead of just one.
