    This is a Handmade, Lots of different colored butterflies on purple glitter cotton fabric, it is a square Tissue Box Cover.  It has a light purple ribbon that is in a casing that gathers at the top front of the box. You open the top of the tissue cover & put in the square box of tissues & pull the ribbon to gather & tie a bow.  Each picture on the tissue cover is a little different, it is the way the fabric was cut.
