    Description

McKellar Development of La Jolla, California Framed and Matted under Glass Story in the 'San Diego Land Impact' Cover from Volume 1 No. 1 First Quarter 1985.  The story details some of McKellar's endeavors at the time, including the building of the McKellar Research Center that was recently sold to UCSD.   Also mentioned were the destruction of the Torrey Pines Reservoir, the first such reservoir to be razed in the San Diego area in 40 years.   The picture shows McKellar employees Tim Good, Manager, Christopher S. McKellar, President, and Ray Weamer, Leasing Agent.   A nice piece of memorabilia for any McKellar employee or executive, or anyone involved in building the the Research Center.
Returns accepted.  Uninsured shipments are at your risk.  I always have confirmation that I have shipped. International shipping ok. The ebay and USPS delivery estimates are wildly optimistic. My experience is that international shipping will take 10 - 21+ days until delivery. Only Express Mail has a chance to meet the delivery estimate.
FREE Expertly Packed Economy Shipping.  Shipping weight about 3 pounds 15 ounces.
Local pickup ok on all my items. Contact me for payment upon pickup details.
Alternate methods of payment ok if no paypal account.

INSURANCE NOTE:  I try to insure every shipment of .00 or more by ebay's insurance.  Unfortunately, 2012 postal regulations forbid insurance on certain types of postal shipping services  to various countries.  Also, unfortunately, I now usually only find out whether an item can be insured when I go to make out the shipping label.  If insurance is incredibly important to you, email me before bidding and I will try to see if the least expensive shipping service can be insured.  An example of the international differences is that at this time, Canada apparently forbids insurance on all postal service levels except Express Mail Parcels.  In contrast, I have been able to insure First Class Parcels to both Argentina and Switzerland.  I do not personally insure anything.  UNINSURED SHIPMENTS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
